Registering or Organising Respite with the
Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre

The Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre has introduced the opportunity for carers to register and/or organise respite in a secure on line environment. The advantage of registering your details on line is, you can at any time provide much of the information that our Centre needs to collect from you prior to organising respite.

It is important to read the How We Work Section on the Home page to be informed of what we do with your information, the privacy statement and confidentiality of information.

REGISTERED WITH CRCCFNC:
the carer or care recipient has been assessed by one of our coordinators, is registered with this Centre and would like to put in a request for respite (whether in aged care facility, in home, community setting, etc).

Please note: the following are the terms used throughout this process

CARER:- is a person who is caring in an unpaid capacity for a family member, friend, neighbour who is frail, aged, has a disability, a chronic, terminal or mental illness.

CARE RECIPIENT:- is a person who is frail, aged, has a disability, a chronic, terminal or mental illness.

CRCCFNC:-is Commonwealth Respite & Carelink Centre Far North Coast

To progress any further CONSENTS must be completed.
